Our Services

Group Classes

Our group classes are designed to provide a challenging and supportive environment for everyone. Our classes are led by experienced trainers and coaches who work together to create a fun and motivating atmosphere. Our group classes cater to all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, and focus on improving strength, conditioning, and overall fitness.

Private Training

For those who prefer one-on-one training, we offer private training sessions. Our private training sessions are designed to work with your individual needs and goals, and are led by experienced trainers and coaches. We also offer private training sessions for small groups of up to four people.

Corporate Training

We also offer corporate training services, which include program development, instruction, and facility design and oversight. Our corporate training services are designed to help businesses and organizations improve employee health and wellbeing.

Studio Rental

And for those who are interested in renting our state-of-the-art training studio, we offer hourly rentals for coaches, trainers, and therapists. Our studio is equipped with a range of equipment and is available for rent Monday to Friday from 1pm to 8pm, and on Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
