My Journey

Garrett, the founder of Bodies By Garrett, has always been passionate about fitness. Growing up, he was 6'7" and weighed only 150 lbs. It wasn't healthy, and he knew he had to make a change. He started weight lifting and quickly became hooked. After 5 years, he was able to gain 100 lbs of muscle. Throughout this time, he was constantly being asked what he did to gain the weight so quickly. This led him to realize that he had a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals. He decided to become a certified personal trainer and started helping people on their fitness journeys.

Qualifications

Garrett is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He is also a certified nutrition specialist and a golf fitness specialist. He has been helping people reach their fitness goals for over 6 years. He has worked with a wide range of clients, from kids doing sport-specific training to pre-diabetics and individuals looking to lose weight or build muscle.

What to Expect

When you start with Bodies By Garrett, we will take your measurements and check your weight and body fat to establish a starting point. We will then discuss your goals and figure out the best workout plan to help you achieve them. We will set smaller goals to help you stay motivated and keep you on track to not only hit but surpass your goals. We will then get down to the workout and start producing some results!
