Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to fire up your strength, ignite your endurance, and enhance your mobility. Our 3 fitness classes are specifically designed to build functional strength and reduce your risk of injury. Our class offerings include:
- SIMPLY PILATES: Connect your mind, body, and breath in our 60-minute reformer Pilates class. Increase your flexibility and functional strength with low-impact exercises balanced with reformer stretches.
- FOUNDATION: Ideal for beginners, build your strength, coordination, and balance with 30-minutes of cross-training, followed by 30-minutes of reformer Pilates.
- FIRE: Release your inner badass with 30-minutes of high-intensity plyometrics and power movements, followed by 30-minutes of reformer Pilates.
In addition to our group classes, we also offer Private Training and Teacher Training programs. Our private training sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, providing one-on-one attention and personalized guidance. Our teacher training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to become a certified Pilates instructor.
Our Space
Our state-of-the-art facility is specifically designed to empower you to challenge yourself and support your rehabilitation. Our space is divided into two halves: a half gym and a half Pilates studio, providing a unique and holistic approach to fitness.
