Our Story

Welcome to Totland College, where we believe that every child deserves a quality preschool education. Our mission is to provide a safe, clean, healthy, and loving environment where children can grow and develop into curious, creative, and capable learners. For over 50 years, we have been proud to serve the families of Braintree and Weymouth, committed to providing a well-rounded education that fosters a positive self-image, respect for others, and a love of learning.

Our Approach

At Totland College, we believe that learning should be a fun and engaging experience. We offer a variety of programs and activities designed to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in young children. Our expert teachers have a deep understanding of teaching and learning, and they work closely with parents to provide personalized learning plans tailored to each child's unique needs and abilities.

Our Programs

Our programs are designed to prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond. We offer a range of programs, including a 2-day program for Tuesdays and Thursdays, a 3-day program for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and a 5-day program for Mondays to Fridays. We also offer an additional "Lunch Bunch" program from 11:30 am to noon and an Extended Day program from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.

Our Staff

Our staff is composed of experienced and caring professionals who are dedicated to providing a nurturing and supportive environment for our students. Our director, Nelly Castillo, is passionate about creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment, and our lead teacher, Mrs. Mary Clark, has over 23 years of experience in early childhood education.

Our Curriculum

Our curriculum is designed to promote learning and exploration through play. We offer a range of activities and experiences that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development, including puzzles, games, interactive theme weeks, and manipulative toys. We also provide opportunities for imaginative play, which enables children to explore, learn, and grow.
