Our Team

Our team is led by Derek Glenna, a licensed mortician and owner of SUMMIT Funeral & Cremation. Derek has been serving the community for many years and is dedicated to providing exceptional care and compassion to every family he serves. Our team also includes Emily Glenna, a licensed insurance producer and owner, who handles the business side of the funeral home. Our support staff includes Kim Glenna, who assists with paperwork and administration, and Brad Stene, a funeral director assistant who has a personal connection to the funeral industry after experiencing the loss of his father and sister. We also have Laurie Jorgenson, an end-of-life doula and support staff, who has a background in hospice nursing and photography.
