Our Coaches
Our team of coaches is led by Lilia, a NASM Master Trainer and EBFA Master Instructor, who specializes in corrective exercise, performance enhancement, functional training, barefoot training, behavior change, cognitive training, and nutrition. Lilia's personal philosophy is to never stop learning, which is why she attends as many seminars, conferences, and fitness workshops as possible. She has a Masters degree in education, a Bachelors in Psychology, and over a decade of experience as a registered nurse, making her a dedicated, multidimensional, and distinct personal trainer.
