Our Process

Our design process begins with a thorough understanding of the site conditions and the client's program. We then generate appropriate response strategies and develop multiple schematic design options. This allows us to evaluate each option and identify its advantages and disadvantages. From this exercise, a final schematic design emerges. We continue by developing the details of the design and producing construction documents. Throughout the process, we maintain close communication with our clients and, if possible, with the builder to ensure that the project stays within budget and meets all necessary building codes.
