Our Mission
Our mission is to provide reachable, culturally-aware, community-based primary and preventive healthcare services to the underserved West Philadelphia community and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to centering, elevating, and advocating for students exploring health, wellness, and social and environmental health and activism. Through our peaceably led outreach team, we offer community engagement that aims to highlight and continue conversations on health and wellness in underserved Philadelphia communities.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of healthcare services designed to meet the diverse needs of our patients. From same-day appointments and immunizations to COVID-19 rapid tests, physicals, acute care visits, laboratory services, and basic GYN examinations, we are equipped to provide comprehensive care to individuals of all ages. Our Mobile Care Unit (MCU) is also available to provide outreach services to underserved communities.
In addition to our healthcare services, we also provide family counseling, child and adolescent counseling, couple counseling, and case management to support the emotional and mental well-being of our patients. Our team is committed to providing compassionate care that addresses the whole person - body, mind, and spirit.
