Our mission is to provide a supportive and motivating environment where individuals can achieve their fitness goals. We believe in creating personalized workout routines tailored to each client's needs, goals, and physical conditions. Our trainers are committed to guiding and motivating clients every step of the way, celebrating their achievements and milestones along the way.

Our Services

We offer one-on-one personal training sessions, as well as semi-private training with one or two friends. Our personal training services are designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals, whether it's losing weight, gaining strength, completing a marathon, or simply feeling healthier and happier. Our trainers work closely with clients to create customized workout routines, provide motivation and accountability, and track progress.

Meet Our Team

Our team of experienced trainers is led by founder Nick Irons, an ultra-endurance athlete, award-winning author, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Our trainers include Kim Teri, a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience; Krystal Brooks, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and group fitness instructor; and Paul Davis, a certified personal trainer and former NCAA Division I and professional athlete.
