What Makes Us Different?
At CrossFit Dover, not only are our coaches readily accessible and eager to help our athletes reach their goals, but they participate in monthly in-service meetings to keep our approach current and beneficial to our athletes so that everyone may reach his or her potential. Our 5,000 square foot training area provides athletes with everything needed to get through a WOD. In addition, our facilities are equipped with daily use lockers and showers so that completing a WOD is easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. We also offer 40 training hours throughout the week to accommodate a multitude of schedules.
