The Workout

Our signature workout is a heart rate based total body workout that combines cardio, boxing, and weight-training. This complete workout is designed to motivate you to reach your fitness goals quickly and efficiently. You'll leave it all on the workout floor and exit feeling like a champion.

Our workouts are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level. Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey or you're a seasoned athlete, we have something for you. Our coaches will guide you through each workout, providing modifications and variations as needed to ensure that you get the most out of every session.

The Locations

We have three convenient studio locations in Plantation, Davie/Cooper City, and Coral Springs/Parkland, Florida. Each of our studios is equipped with the latest fitness equipment and technology, and our team of coaches is always on hand to provide support and guidance.

The Zone

Our workouts are designed to help you build a boxer's physique and conditioning, giving you 6-pack abs, defined shoulders and back region, tight arms and pronounced leg and calf muscles, and a strong and confident heart. You don't need to be a prizefighter to join our community, but you'll certainly feel like one when you leave our studio.
