The Southwest Indiana Association of Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors (SWIPHCC) aims to advance member success by enhancing professionalism through education and training, providing leadership for the industry. Our plumbing contractor members undergo a four-year apprentice program approved by the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training, a division of the United States Department of Labor and the Indiana Plumbing Commission. They continue to receive training at meetings and our annual statewide convention. We uphold a Code of Ethics that emphasizes honesty, integrity, and adherence to federal, state, county, and city building, safety, energy, and water conservation codes.
