East Georgia Healthcare Center is a non-profit community-owned health center that provides quality, primary and preventive health services to all people in 14 counties in southeast Georgia. Our healthcare center offers a range of services including chiropractic care, pharmacy, family planning, healthy start, telemedicine, chronic care management, Covid testing and vaccines, dental care, behavioral health, and health insurance enrollment. We also have three mobile units that provide convenient access to healthcare services.
