Dan
With a background in clinical medicine and a passion for strength training, Dan founded Woodslawn Fitness in 2018. As a certified CrossFit Level 2 coach, Dan is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support to each client.
Tyler
As a certified personal trainer and Doctor of Physical Therapy, Tyler is passionate about optimizing human strength and movement. His emphasis in coaching is on helping individuals understand their full physical capabilities in a safe and engaging manner.
Anna
With a background in competitive swimming and a passion for fitness, Anna is committed to helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. As a certified personal trainer and CrossFit Level 1 coach, Anna believes that physical fitness is about more than just hitting a new PR, but about using functional movement to keep individuals active throughout their lives.
