Thrive Community Fitness was founded in 2001 with the goal of energizing the lives of the people we touch and transforming the health of our community. Since then, we have grown from a single fitness center in a small town to serving five thriving communities in Washington State. Our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can come together to improve their physical and mental health. We are committed to helping our members achieve their fitness goals through a variety of classes, programs, and services.

Our Facilities

At Thrive Community Fitness, we are proud to offer state-of-the-art facilities equipped with the latest cardio and strength training equipment. Our locations are clean, spacious, and designed with our members' comfort and convenience in mind. In addition to our fitness equipment, we also offer a range of amenities including locker rooms, showers, and child care services.

Our Classes

We offer a wide variety of classes to suit every fitness level and interest. From high-intensity interval training and cycling to yoga and Pilates, we have something for everyone. Our classes are led by experienced and certified instructors who are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.

Thrive Kids

At Thrive Community Fitness, we believe that it's never too early to start living a healthy and active lifestyle. That's why we offer Thrive Kids classes, designed specifically for children ages 3-12. These classes are fun and engaging, and teach kids the importance of fitness, nutrition, and self-confidence.

Thrive Ride

Thrive Ride is our indoor cycling program, designed to give you a high-intensity, low-impact workout. Our classes are led by experienced instructors who will guide you through a variety of terrains, speeds, and resistance levels, all set to energizing music. Thrive Ride is a great way to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burn calories, and build strength.

Eat The Frog

Eat The Frog is our nutrition coaching program, designed to help you make healthy eating choices and achieve your weight loss goals. Our coaches will work with you to create a personalized nutrition plan, based on your unique needs and goals. They will also provide support and accountability, to help you stay on track and make lasting changes.
