Our Story

Our journey began in 2011, when Tony Sandbothe opened the doors to a small, 75 square foot private strength training facility with just three clients. Since then, we've grown to a 1600 square foot facility, catering to over 100 clients, all through word-of-mouth referrals and zero online marketing. Our success is a testament to our unwavering dedication to excellence and our commitment to doing what's best for our clients above all.

Our Services

We offer private personal strength coaching, tailored to your individual needs and goals. Before joining, we invite you to experience a complimentary training session, allowing us to assess your fitness level, identify areas for improvement, and create a personalized plan for long-term success. Our rates vary depending on individual ability, need, and training frequency. Additionally, we provide meal planning and preparation services, healthy cooking classes, and nutrition counseling to support your overall fitness journey.

Meet Our Team

Our team of trainers is comprised of highly educated and experienced professionals, each with their unique strengths and specialties. Tony Sandbothe, our founder, boasts an impressive array of credentials, including W.I.T.S. CPT, ACE CPT, NSCA CPT, RKC, USAW club coach (level 1), Strong First, Starting Strength Coach, Westside Barbell Special Strength Coach, and many more. Kristin Sandbothe, a Starting Strength coach, has competed in figure and powerlifting, holding the Oregon State Deadlift record. Darius Marte, our holistic nutrition expert, offers meal preparation, planning, and healthy cooking classes, drawing from his background in massage therapy, holistic medicine, and nutrition.
