At Full Potential Personal Training, we are dedicated to helping our clients reach their full potential in all aspects of health, fitness, movement, and lifestyle. Our mission is to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can set and achieve their goals. We offer a variety of services including private, semi-private, and small group personal training, as well as group exercise classes such as Hatha Yoga, TRX, Barre Pilates, and Pilates Fusion. Our expert trainers are specialized in wellness, TRX, functional training, and orthopedic pre- & post-rehab training. Services

We offer an array of services to help you reach your body, mind, and spirit's FULL POTENTIAL. From private, semi-private, and small group personal training utilizing everything from dumbbells and stability balls to TRX, to group exercise classes (Hatha Yoga, TRX, Barre and Mat Pilates, and Pilates Fusion) for those that enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others, you will find your "home" with us in our private studio. Our services include:

  • Personal Training: Private, semi-private, and small group personal training sessions, specializing in wellness, TRX, functional training, and orthopedic pre- & post-rehab training.
  • Group Exercise Classes: Hatha Yoga, TRX, Barre Pilates, Pilates Fusion, and Pilates Flex & Stretch. Each class is designed to provide a unique workout experience for all levels.
