Pilates Athletic Center was founded on the belief that fitness, athletic training, and injury prevention and recovery are all deeply intertwined. Our dedicated team of professionals, each with years of experience and advanced degrees, strives to create a supportive and dynamic environment where individuals of all levels can achieve their personalized health and wellness goals.
Our Team
Our passion for Pilates and overall well-being is at the heart of everything we do. Dr. Joseph Camp, a Master Pilates Instructor and cofounder of the center, brings over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. His career path has spanned managing fitness centers to completing certifications as a medical technician and fitness trainer. He even earned his degree of chiropractic from Palmer College-West in 1995. Daphne Allen, cofounder and Operations and Service Director, brings her sharp management skills and design expertise developed during her time as a design consultant at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in San Francisco. Christina Chu, a STOTT Pilates-trained instructor, blends her formal training with a background in dance, allowing her to create engaging and effective classes. Becky Bull, a fully certified STOTT Pilates Trainer, takes a personalized approach, tailoring workout plans to each client's unique needs and goals. Her dedication to client success shines through in her individualized training sessions.

Our Certified Pilates and Personal Training sessions provide one-on-one attention with highly qualified instructors. These personalized sessions are tailored to your specific fitness goals and abilities, ensuring you get the most out of each workout. We understand that reaching your full potential often requires consistency and individualized attention, which is why our trainers work closely with you to develop a plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve lasting results.
Small Group Classes provide a more social and collaborative environment while still allowing for focused instruction. We offer Duet sessions for you and a friend to work alongside each other and motivate one another. We also have group classes for 3-6 individuals, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie.
Open Studio hours are a fantastic way to continue practicing and refining your Pilates skills. These sessions are open to clients who are taking classes or private training, providing a space to further develop and strengthen your abilities on the apparatus.
