Rob Baker, our founder and director, has been serving individuals, couples, and families since 1986. He has extensive academic and professional credentials, including a Master of Arts degree in Counseling from the University of San Francisco, Washington State Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, and Certified EMDR Therapist, among others. His expertise spans various areas, such as marriage dynamics, recovery for problematic sexual behavior/sexual addiction, infidelity, and leadership development.

Our services are designed to address a range of needs, including counseling for individuals, couples, and families; coaching for personal and professional growth; and training and workshops on topics like couple communication, recovery for sexual addiction, and leadership development. We specialize in areas like couples therapy, recovery for sexual addiction and other compulsive behaviors, adult-child issues, EMDR, resolving trauma, grief and loss, and stress management.
