Martina Sprague - Founder & Level 4 Instructor

With a background in biotechnology, Martina discovered her true calling in health and fitness. Her certifications in STOTT Pilates and deep understanding of human anatomy empower her to guide clients towards strength, injury prevention, and overall well-being.

Ellen Serino - Level 3 Instructor

A former gymnast, Ellen brings 20 years of experience to her Pilates practice. Passionate about health and fitness, she empowers clients to discover their strength and restore their alignment.

Mary Beth Doolan - Level 3 Instructor

With over 20 years of experience, Mary Beth is a seasoned Pilates instructor certified in both Physical Mind Pilates and Balanced Body Method. Her personalized approach and unwavering motivation inspire clients to achieve lasting change.
