Our Story
LiteWeights Personal Training was founded by Rontell Grant, a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. With a passion for improving the quality of life for his clients, Rontell has created a unique approach to fitness that focuses on safer, more effective, and enjoyable programs tailored to each individual's needs and goals. Our team has worked with clients as young as 10 and as old as 90, with a wide range of limitations and injuries, and we're confident that we can create a program that works for you.
