Our Pilates classes are designed to provide an all-over body workout, focusing on the stabilizing muscles surrounding your joints. Using spring tension, our equipment simulates how your muscles contract, providing a low-impact, energizing training session. You can expect improved strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility, and balance from our Pilates workouts. We also offer Barre classes, which emphasize correct mechanics of movement to provide an effective workout without the fear of injury. Our Barre classes include cardio and strength training, set to powerful music, aiming to improve your endurance, flexibility, balance, and strength.
Class Schedule and Prices
We've designed our class schedule to accommodate your busy lifestyle. From early morning to late evening, we offer a range of classes to fit your needs. Our prices are competitive, and we offer various packages to suit your budget. For newcomers, we recommend starting with our introductory package, which includes a postural analysis and three private or duet sessions. This package is designed to introduce you to the basic principles of Pilates and Barre, helping you understand how these workouts can benefit your unique postural needs. Our group reformer class schedule is as follows:
- Mondays: 9am & 5:30pm
- Tuesdays: 6am & 9am
- Wednesdays: 9am
- Thursdays: 9:30am
- Fridays: 6am & 9am
- Saturdays: 7am (Advanced) & 9am
- Sundays: 8am & 9am
