At Aspiring Youth, we're dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for young people to develop their social skills, build confidence, and make lifelong connections. Our team of experienced professionals is passionate about helping students ages 8-18, including those with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other neurodiverse traits, navigate their social world.

Our History

Aspiring Youth and Delphi Young Adults have been providing social skills groups, summer camps, coaching, and other programs for children, teens, and young adults since 2004. As a nationally accredited program and part of Ryther, a non-profit leader in behavioral health services for over 130 years, we're committed to delivering high-quality services that make a lasting impact.

Our Programs

We offer a range of programs designed to meet the unique needs of our students. Our social skills groups provide engaging activities and close communication to help young people develop confidence and friendship. Our summer camps offer incredible enrichment choices, from theater to climbing to art, fostering growth through once-in-a-lifetime experiences. Our tech camps, led by Seattle Creator Studio, provide robust tech learning and skill-building opportunities. Our young adult services support young adults in achieving independence in social and life endeavors.

Our Approach

We take a personalized approach to each student's development, working closely with parents, teachers, and providers to create a tailored plan that addresses their specific needs and goals. Our master's level facilitators and coaches have diverse training in education, psychology, and social work, and are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment that encourages growth, trust, and connection.
