We offer a variety of services to cater to different needs and preferences. Our DFF Bootcamp provides group training with a 60% Cardio and 40% Strength split, ensuring a dynamic workout experience. For those who prefer personalized attention, we offer one-on-one training. Additionally, we have DFF Online Training, which brings our program to your doorstep with personalized workouts, nutrition monitoring, and weekly check-ins. Whether you're looking for a structured group setting or personalized coaching, we have something for everyone.
