At Studio P. Pilates, we are committed to helping you achieve a longer, stronger, more flexible, and articulate body through the holistic movement practice of Fletcher Pilates. Our studio, located in the historic business district of Bellevue, Kentucky, is dedicated to providing a unique, community-based environment where you can experience personal and physical transformation.

Our founder and owner, Patricia LaRosa, is a highly experienced instructor with an extensive teaching and fitness resume. She holds a B.A. from Northern Kentucky University and an M.A. in Secondary Education with a Gifted and Talented Endorsement. With over 2,000 hours of education and training in Pilates, Patricia is a Qualified Fletcher Pilates Teacher and has completed Continuing Education courses to ensure that our students receive the most current and highest level education possible.

At Studio P. Pilates, we offer a variety of services to cater to your fitness needs. Our studio is fully equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, Barrels, Ped-i-Pul, Combo Chair, Fletcher Towelwork, Magic Circle, Fletcher Floorwork, and Mat. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, we offer private sessions and group classes that can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Private Sessions

If you are new to Fletcher Pilates, we recommend starting with one of our packages of private lessons. In these sessions, you will work one-on-one with Pia to address your personal physical and wellness goals. Our private sessions are priced as follows:

  • Single Pricing (One Client): Per person, per session: $55
  • 4 Class Package: $220
  • 8 Class Package: $440
  • Duet Pricing (Two Clients): Per person, per session: $40
  • 4 Class Package (Per Person): $160
  • 8 Class Package (Per Person): $320

All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and expire six months after purchase. Please be sure that you can commit to an exercise program before purchasing any package. Payment is due on or before the first session of the package.

Equipment Classes

Our studio offers equipment classes that cater to different fitness levels and goals. These classes focus on using the various equipment mentioned above to help you achieve a more balanced and strong body. Our equipment classes are designed to provide a challenging and engaging workout that targets all major muscle groups.

Floor/Mat Classes

In addition to our equipment classes, we also offer floor/mat classes that focus on bodyweight exercises and matwork. These classes are perfect for those who prefer a low-impact workout or who want to focus on core strength and flexibility. Our floor/mat classes are designed to be challenging yet accessible, making them suitable for all fitness levels.

Policies

At Studio P. Pilates, we have certain policies in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable workout environment for all our clients. These include:

  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of classes or private sessions.
  • Payment: Payment is due on or before the first session of any package.
  • Refunds: All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Expiration: All packages expire six months after purchase.
