At Health and Soul Fitness, our goal is to help individuals and communities become stronger in mind and body so that they are better equipped to live and enjoy life. With over 37 years of experience, our ACE certified trainer and nutrition coach, Pam Moorhead, has a diverse background in wellness, having worked with various corporations, local fire and police chapters, universities, and state insurance companies, hosting local boot camps and group fitness programs, personal training, and health coaching.
