McGannon Fitness & Nutrition empowers individuals, primarily women over 50, to prioritize health and fitness. We offer personalized exercise and nutrition programs that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. We believe in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can achieve lasting health and fitness goals.

Meet Wendy McGannon, Ed. D., CPT

Founder and certified trainer Wendy McGannon has dedicated over 15 years to helping individuals achieve sustainable health changes. Her approach emphasizes functional training, core strengthening, and a holistic approach to nutrition. Wendy received her certification as a personal trainer from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and as a Nutrition Coach from Precision Nutrition (PN).

Personal Training
