Pilates on 3rd is a unique fitness studio that combines Pilates with other disciplines such as weight training to provide a full-body workout experience. Our studio is dedicated to helping clients achieve a stronger core, body, and mind.
Our journey began in December 2011 when we opened our doors in Jacksonville Beach. Since then, we've been dedicated to creating a high-energy, positive atmosphere where our clients can feel inspired, motivated, and challenged to reach their fitness goals. Our team is comprised of experienced instructors who are passionate about helping clients achieve their best selves.
Our Services
At Pilates on 3rd, we offer a variety of classes that cater to different fitness levels and goals. Our classes are based on Pilates principles and are designed to work the full body with a constant emphasis on the core. A strong core enhances stability and balance, improves posture, decreases lower back pain, and enhances performance in everyday or athletic activities.
Our diversified classes incorporate spring-based resistance training and other forms of resistance for deep muscle strengthening and development. This unique approach allows clients to enjoy fun, unique, and intense workouts that help them become stronger and leaner.
In addition to our group classes, we also offer private sessions and retreats for those who prefer a more personalized fitness experience. Our retreats provide an opportunity for clients to escape their daily routines and focus on their fitness journey in a relaxing and supportive environment.
