Our studio is located in the heart of Manhattan Beach, CA, and we offer both in-person and virtual Pilates training sessions. We believe that Pilates is a holistic approach to exercise that focuses on building a strong core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. Our private lessons are tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and health restrictions. We provide hands-on, personalized instruction to help you deepen your movement practice.

Meet Paige Amador

Hi, I'm Paige Amador, the founder of Paige's Pilates and Wellness. I am a Los Angeles native, a beach bum, an avid hiker, and a lover of my puppy, Mia. I have always been passionate about movement, wellness, and living a healthy lifestyle. In 2017, I completed a year-long Classical Pilates Training at The Pilates Institute of Southern California. Since then, I have been teaching full-time, with a focus on functional movements that benefit my clients outside of the studio.

After suffering from various gut issues and anxiety for many years, I decided to further my education and become a Holistic Health Coach. In 2023, I completed a year-long program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Now, I combine my love for movement and Pilates with health coaching to provide a well-rounded approach to wellness.

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on building a strong core, improving posture, and increasing flexibility. It was created by Joseph H. Pilates, who believed that the body, mind, and spirit should be in harmony. At Paige's Pilates and Wellness, we offer private and semi-private Pilates lessons that are tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and health restrictions.

Private Lesson Benefits

Private lessons are an excellent way to get personalized attention and instruction. They are tailored to your individual needs, goals, and health restrictions. Private lessons are hands-on and help you deepen your movement practice. At Paige's Pilates and Wellness, we believe that private lessons are the best way to achieve your Pilates goals.

Our Lessons & Rates

We offer a variety of private and semi-private Pilates lessons to meet the needs of each individual. Our lessons are 55 minutes each, and packages are available for purchase. Packages expire in 6 months from purchase, and cancellations must be made with 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the service.

Private Lessons:

  • $115 for a single private session
  • $500 for a package of 5 private sessions
  • $950 for a package of 10 private sessions

Semi-Private Lessons:

  • $65 per person for a semi-private session (2-3 people)
  • $300 per person for a package of 5 semi-private sessions
  • $550 per person for a package of 10 semi-private sessions
