Our Services

Our CrossFit Program is built on balance between Barbell Strength, Bodyweight Strength (Gymnastics), and Aerobic Endurance. The program is designed to help you reach your maximum physical potential while staying lean and healthy. Our Personal Training sessions are customized to meet your specific needs, goals, and abilities. These one-on-one sessions are ideal for those seeking more personalized guidance and coaching.

Our Peak Physique program is designed for individuals who want to be lean, fit, and functionally strong but do not want full-blown CrossFit. We offer three days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) of functional sculpting and three days (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) of aerobic endurance.

In addition to our fitness programs, our staff has had much success helping people learn to build a healthy eating lifestyle that is sustainable. Our Nutrition Coaching is tailored to meet your dietary needs and goals, ensuring that you fuel your body appropriately for optimal performance.
