At The Seed Planter Coaching & Counseling, PLLC, we are dedicated to supporting individuals through their mental and emotional journeys. Our mission is to provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and effective therapy for individuals aged 13 and above. We tackle issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, low self-esteem, ADHD, feelings of rejection, guilt, shame, and the stress of life transitions, including infidelity and divorce.

Our Services

We offer individual counseling sessions, online courses, and premarital counseling/coaching. Our individual counseling sessions are provided on Christian principles in a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental, and confidential atmosphere. Online courses are designed for those on a personal growth journey, offering a space for healing, providing insights, and tools for profound self-exploration. Premarital counseling/coaching helps couples prepare for marriage by addressing essential topics and building a strong foundation for their relationship.

Meet Your Therapist

Nanette, the visionary of The Seed Planter Coaching & Counseling, PLLC, received her Master's Degree in Guidance & Counseling from North Carolina Central University. With over 25 years of experience, she is passionate about helping women overcome depression, anger challenges, anxiety, and other emotional struggles. Her therapy approach is 3-dimensional, addressing the whole person, spirit, mind, and body.

Payment and Insurance

We accept private pay, FSA/HSA, State Health Plan, BCBS, and Medicaid (AmeriHealth Caritas, Healthy Blue, Alliance Behavioral Health). We are currently in progress with Carolina Complete, WellCare, United Health, and Aetna. Telehealth is available, and we serve most NC counties. Please contact your insurance carrier to determine your copay or if deductible is required.
