Meet the Trainers

Our team of expert trainers are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. With years of experience and specialized certifications, our trainers are dedicated to providing personalized training programs and expert guidance.

  • Nick Palladino, Owner/Personal Trainer, has been involved in fitness his whole life. He is a National Council on Strength and Fitness Certified Personal Trainer and has 12 years of experience as a certified personal trainer. He is also a NCAA Division I Athlete and has a strong background in martial arts, weightlifting, and injury rehab.
  • Ben Rubin, Personal Trainer, has over a decade of experience as a certified personal trainer. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer and has specializations in corrective exercises, working with seniors, and training new or expecting mothers.
  • Jason Jones, Personal Trainer, has been involved in athletics his entire life. He played college baseball and studied Kinesiology at San Francisco State University. He is a strong believer in the importance of physical activity, mental stimulation, and diet for overall health and happiness.
  • Courtney Winterbauer, Personal Trainer, is extremely passionate about endurance racing and women's specific training. She is NFPT-CPT Certified and has experience training and racing in triathlons. She believes in the importance of bio-hacking women's bodies and implementing the latest science-based research into personalized programming.
