Our Founder: Tanya Lehman
Tanya Lehman, the founder of Mindful Bodies, is an ACSM-certified personal trainer and CPR/AED certified professional with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Her love for dance and movement evolved into a lifelong dedication to fitness, leading her to study and train under various fitness professionals. Over the past 15 years, Tanya has gathered knowledge and techniques, which she has used to create a unique blend of programming for Mindful Bodies. This approach focuses on creating a lean, strong, agile, and flexible body while cultivating mindfulness.
One-on-One Training
In addition to our online fitness classes and pre-recorded workout videos, we offer personalized one-on-one training sessions with Tanya or Logan. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals, ensuring you receive the guidance and support necessary to progress effectively. Meet Ella Reich: Certified Yoga Instructor
Ella Reich, a pre-nursing student living in Maui, is a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor. With a background in various dance styles and a lifelong practice of yoga, Ella combines her love for music, movement, and mental health to create engaging yoga-based workouts. As a Mindful Bodies Fitness teacher, she is excited to share her enthusiasm and knowledge with you.
