We achieve this through a three-step consultation process with one of our fitness coaches, including a personalized assessment of your diet, exercise, and lifestyle, a body analysis, and a posture evaluation, followed by a Function Movement Screen (FMS) to assess your overall quality of movement and identify any areas of weakness or asymmetry.

One of these modalities is the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), which studies thousands of golfers to understand how a properly functioning body allows for an efficient golf swing and how physical limitations can affect the swing and potentially lead to injury. We've had tremendous success enhancing the games of our golfers by understanding and correcting movement mechanics. Another modality we use is the Functional Movement Screen (FMS), which helps us identify movement dysfunction and injury predictors, ensuring that your training moves you further from injuries by increasing your body's durability and awareness of how you are moving.
