As a personal trainer, Max specializes in private and small group training, with a focus on weight loss, lean and tone, muscle building, strength building, contest preparation, nutritional coaching, body building, physique, sports performance, corrective exercise, mixed martial art conditioning, obstacle running, marathons, TRX, and kettlebells. His extensive knowledge and certifications in NASM certified personal training, corrective exercise specialist, performance enhancement specialist, mixed martial arts specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, and sports nutrition specialist have equipped him to provide personalized guidance and support to his clients.
