Our Olympic Weightlifting program helps you gain and refine the skills you need. Whether your goal is to compete or learn the fundamentals of the snatch and clean and jerk, our weightlifting program is designed to help you lift to new heights.

For those aged 50+, our Longevity class is the place to develop strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination- all the key elements of fitness that older adults need to stay active and maintain a high quality of life as they age. Our Longevity class accommodates all fitness levels with resistance training, cardio, and mobility/flexibility work.

If you're looking for a more personalized fitness journey, our Personal Training is the way to go. Maybe you are not sure where to begin on your fitness journey. Or maybe you have an injury or other physical need that you are not sure how to work around. A personal trainer is a great resource who will help jumpstart you on the path to your goals. Personal training is individualized, motivational, and focused on overall fitness, strength, and skill-building.

From Jake Elder, who studied microbiology and has a PhD from Washington State, to Ayumi Deeny, who has a background in psychology and loves helping people reach their fitness goals, our coaches are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

Training Options for Everyone

At BCCF, you can work out with a group, one-on-one with a coach, or on your own. We offer 24/7 access to the gym, so if you can't make it in during class time, you can in whenever you have time. Our memberships are month to month, so you don't have to worry about long-term commitments.
