At FYS Fitness, we believe that everyone has their own unique journey towards physical and mental wellness. As a certified movement coach, owner, and operator Erin Lingle is passionate about helping people like you feel better about their bodies and minds through strength training.

Our Story

Erin's journey towards health and wellness began at a young age, with a passion for movement and physical activity. She spent her childhood in dance classes, enjoying the thrill of mastering movements and the sense of accomplishment that came with it. Her competitive high jumping days in high school and college prepared her for a lifetime of enthusiasm for physical and mental health.

Throughout her 20s, Erin faced several setbacks, including two surgeries, which taught her the importance of recovering safely and training smarter. She also learned the importance of setting boundaries and managing stress, which has allowed her to work more effectively with her clients and loved ones. When hip surgery ended her love of running, Erin discovered new ways to move her body, including boxing and kettlebell training. Looking forward and focusing on the present helped her find perspective and heal from trauma.
