Yoga Classes

Meredith Williams, our founder and lead instructor, is a certified Pilates instructor with extensive training and experience in Pilates and yoga. With a passion for fitness and a focus on attention to detail, Meredith is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their full potential and live a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
Kerrie Shebiel, our yoga instructor, is a certified yoga instructor with a focus on Hatha Yoga and gentle flow. With a background in education and a passion for yoga, Kerrie is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
