At Absolute Balance Pilates, we strive to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness by combining the principles of Pilates, physical therapy, and nutrition. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

Our Approach

Our approach is grounded in the classical Pilates technique with a strong anatomical foundation. We start with the fundamental building blocks to strengthen and lengthen what is necessary to be successful in the work. We emphasize the individual needs of each client, which yields a myriad of results for students of all fitness levels. Our staff has been trained to identify muscular and postural imbalances and use the Pilates Method to rebalance the body.

Group Training: Join one of our group classes, designed to provide a fun and challenging workout while building strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Private Sessions: Work one-on-one with one of our certified instructors to address specific goals and needs.

Physical Therapy: Our licensed physical therapist is on staff to provide expert care and treatment for injuries and rehabilitation.

Nutrition & Wellness Coaching: Our wellness coach offers personalized guidance on nutrition and wellness to support overall health and well-being.

Physical Therapy & Pilates: Our physical therapist works closely with our Pilates instructors to provide a comprehensive approach to injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Our Instructors

Our instructors are nationally certified through the Pilates Method Alliance and have extensive experience in the field. They bring a deep understanding of the Pilates method and a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.

Studio

Our studio is fully equipped with state-of-the-art Pilates equipment and offers a serene and inviting environment for clients to achieve their wellness goals.

  • Lori Payne, PT, NCPT - Studio owner and licensed physical therapist with over 15 years of experience in the field.
  • LuAnn Forbes, NCPT - Nationally certified Pilates instructor with extensive experience in Pilates and massage therapy.
  • Dia Best, NCPT - Nationally certified Pilates instructor with a background in psychology and a passion for mindful movement.
