Molly, the founder of Fit To Go With Molly, is a passionate fitness professional with extensive experience working with individuals and groups of all fitness levels. With a personal training certification from the American Council On Exercise, Molly has coached kids, adults, and seniors, helping them achieve their fitness goals and live healthier, more active lifestyles. Molly has a Bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University and is dedicated to continuous learning and development in the fields of fitness, health, and well-being.

3. 7 Day FREE Classes: We offer a complimentary 7-day trial of our online classes, giving prospective clients the opportunity to experience our services first-hand and see the value we bring to their fitness journeys.

4. FIT50+ CLUB ONLINE CLASSES: Our FIT50+ Club Online Classes are group fitness classes designed specifically for the 50+ community, focusing on strength, balance, flexibility, and cardio endurance.

5. Recorded Workouts: Our library of recorded workouts allows clients to maintain their fitness routines at their convenience, regardless of their location or schedule.

6.
