Our Services

Our semi-private group classes are designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, and our experienced coaches work closely with each member to ensure proper technique and form. Our personal training sessions are tailored to individual needs, whether you're training for a specific sport or goal, or simply want to improve your overall fitness. Our online training program, BLF Online, provides access to our daily workouts, complete with coaching tips and advice from our experienced trainers.

Our Story

Blue Lion Fitness was founded in 2015 by two friends, Daniel Roth and Ryan Van Bergen, who identified a need for a group-based workout class that incorporated free-weight training without the restrictions of CrossFit. They developed a unique approach to training that focuses on injury prevention, mobility, and core strengthening, combined with high-intensity workouts. Today, we're proud to be recognized as Ann Arbor's Best Gym Facility from 2015 to 2023.
