We offer personalized training sessions, both live and remote, designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our certified personal trainers will assess your current fitness level and create a program specifically for you, whether you're just starting out or looking to improve your current fitness level. We also offer nutrition services through our registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, who will work with you to create a personalized nutrition plan to complement your fitness goals.
Body Alignment and Proper Form
One of the key focus areas of our training is body alignment and proper form. This is crucial to getting the most out of your movements, improving your overall strength, flexibility, and cardio-respiratory fitness. Meet Our Team
Our team includes experienced and certified professionals who are passionate about helping you achieve your fitness and nutrition goals. Our owner, Dianne Laird, is a certified personal trainer with a training philosophy that emphasizes a well-balanced workout program focusing on postural alignment, core conditioning, strength and endurance training, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. She is dedicated to each client and their specific needs, regardless of age.
Heather Shablin, our registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, has experience in various areas including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, kidney disease, food allergies, and GI disorders. She loves working one-on-one with clients to help them reach their goals through fitness and nutrition.
