Poor Maintenance and Unprofessionalism
A common theme among the negative reviews is the poor maintenance and unprofessionalism of the management staff. Several reviewers mentioned that maintenance requests are often ignored, and tenants are left to fix issues themselves, even if it's a health hazard.
Rat Infestation and Un ethical Behavior
Jordan Matthews mentioned a rat infestation at the Pacific Walk Apartments, and despite promises to break the lease and not charge for the month, the management sent the balance to collections. Several reviewers accused the management of being dishonest, unprofessional, and unethical.
Third-Party Company Issues
Tdog mentioned that the third-party company used for applications is unprofessional and requests an excessive amount of documentation, including tax returns and bank statements.
Complaints about Specific Employees
Sean Ryan accused Portfolio Manager Jessica of being unprofessional and harassing. Siddiq Scott mentioned that the management team at the Aviator Apartments loses checks and tries to charge tenants extra money in late fees for their mistakes.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, Alexandrea Hart had a highly positive experience with the Lodge at Madrona community, praising the service, atmosphere, and application process. Christina Mase also mentioned that Sienna Park apts in Tacoma have improved since Goodman took over.
