The Owner

VO2 Personal Training is proudly owned and operated by Troy Zapp, a certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science. Troy's passion for fitness and helping others started at a young age, after witnessing his sister's struggle with weight and self-confidence. He knew he wanted to make a difference in people's lives by promoting healthy habits and making fitness enjoyable.

Troy's approach to personal training is to go above and beyond for his clients, ensuring that their goals are met with sincerity and compassion. He promises to provide a tailored workout experience that is both challenging and rewarding, all while creating a light and happy atmosphere.
