Our Training Method

Our training method, MF Training, is a proprietary program that combines functional training exercises to improve power, strength, and agility. Our program includes specialized speed workouts that improve acceleration and deceleration, as well as agility training that teaches individuals to react and change directions quickly and efficiently. Our core, strength, and conditioning program utilizes a range of equipment, including balls, bands, tires, plyo boxes, sleds, ladders, ropes, and weights to enhance performance and prevent injury.

Our Independent PT Studio

At Morris Fitness, we are Alpharetta's only independent personal training studio. Our studio offers a unique and supportive environment where individuals can train with experienced trainers, individually or in small groups. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including 1800 square feet of exercise space, kettlebells, weights, balls, bands, tires, bosu, ropes, TRX, and more. We also provide shower and changing facilities for our clients.

Lease and Rental

We offer a 12-month lease option that comes with a complimentary month of rent. Our studio is available for small group training, and we charge a flat rate of $900 monthly per client. We also offer a percentage-based rental fee for clients who want to use our facility.
