Our Story

We started in 2019 as a community center program, focused on providing a supportive and non-intimidating space for people to work out together. Over the years, we've evolved into a full-service fitness studio, offering a range of classes and programs designed to help individuals achieve their fitness goals. Our signature class, Iron Flow, combines strength training and cardio exercises into one seamless flow, providing a challenging and engaging workout experience. Our Class Structure

At IBX Fitness, we believe that every workout should start with a guided warmup to prepare the body for the upcoming exercises. Our classes begin with a warmup that includes stretching and movement exercises designed to prepare the muscles for the intense workout that follows.

Next, we move on to Iron Flow, our signature strength training and cardio exercise. This section of the class combines a series of weighted exercises to create one seamless movement through fluid transitions. This low-impact movement work engages multiple muscle groups across multiple planes of motion, providing a comprehensive strength-building workout.

After strengthening the muscles, we move on to our cardio section, where we focus on increasing heart rate and burning calories. This section of the class is designed to be high-energy and engaging, with a focus on getting the heart rate up and burning calories.

Finally, we cool down with a series of stretches and movements designed to target the muscles worked during the workout. This final section of the class helps to reduce muscle soreness and leave members feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
