Who We Are
At SOTA Fitness, we are a team of passionate and dedicated individuals who are committed to helping busy adults 35-65+ achieve their health and wellness goals. Our story began in 2014 when our founder, Phil Schrupp, was involved in a serious accident that left him with chronic pain and limited mobility. After discovering the transformative power of strength training and nutrition, Phil was able to overcome his health challenges and started SOTA Fitness in 2017. Our mission is to empower our members to live a life without limits, free from pain and with boundless energy.
