Our Story
Heike, our founder, has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 30 years. After leaving her 9-to-5 job to become a stay-at-home mom, she discovered her passion for fitness and wellness. She created Pilates with Resist-A-Ball, a groundbreaking approach to traditional Pilates, and has since helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals. Heike's approach is centered around creating sustainable habits and providing personalized coaching to help her clients achieve lasting results.
Our Services
We offer two powerful ways to work with us: in-studio training in Maryland and online training from anywhere. Our in-studio training programs are designed to adapt to each client's individual needs, using Pilates sessions on the Reformer and Cadillac to create sustainable habits and achieve results. Our online programs are designed for people with busy lifestyles, providing personalized fitness and nutrition coaching to fit into your lifestyle. Our goal is to empower our clients to take control of their fitness and wellness journey and achieve lasting results.
