About Me
I'm Beth, your certified Pilates instructor and founder of Pilates with Beth. My background as a surgical technologist fueled my deep interest in human body health and the power of movement to restore and empower. Discovering Pilates in 2007 was a transformative experience, leading me to become certified through The PhysicalMind Institute.
Our Approach
At Pilates with Beth, we offer personalized and guided reformer classes for small groups of up to six people. Our focus is on building a strong, connected mind-body connection through meticulous form and controlled movements.
