Our therapists are trained in various specialized areas, including Brainspotting, EMDR, and Christian Faith-based Counseling. We also provide telehealth services, making it convenient for you to access our services from the comfort of your own home.

Our team of therapists is led by Tabitha Westbrook, LMFT-S, LCMHC-QS, LPC-S, CSAT, CCTP, Founder and CEO. We have a diverse team of therapists and interns, each with their own unique areas of expertise. Our team includes Norma Digeso, LCMHC, Clinical Director; Victoria Ellis, LMFT, LMFT-Associate; Amanda Ramey, LCMHCA; Dominique Holmes, LMFTA; Jo Natividad, Clinical Resident Intern; Kristen Thomas, Clinical Resident Intern; and Tish MacPherson, Clinical Resident Intern.
